Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the tour

  • The deposit per person is forfeited.
  • The remaining balance will not be charged.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows

  • The deposit is forfeited.
  • The balance will not be charged, and there will be no refund or credit for the deposit.

Cancellations Due to Bad Weather or External Causes

Rain or Shine

Most of our tours operate even in light rain.

The final decision to operate rests with the captain, driver, or guide, based on safety considerations.

Severe Weather Conditions or Closure by Authorities

If the Port Authority (Capitanía de Puerto), SCT, or another authority determines that it is unsafe to operate, the tour will be canceled.

Customer options:

  • Reschedule at no cost, subject to availability.
  • Receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

Interruption During the Tour

If the tour has already started and must be interrupted due to bad weather, a partial refund will be issued, proportional to the unused portion of the tour.

No Port, No Pay (Cruise Ships)

If your ship does not dock in Costa Maya, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Medical Restrictions and Physical Conditions

For your safety, we recommend not participating if you have heart problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe respiratory issues, epilepsy, a high-risk pregnancy, or significant mobility limitations.

The customer is responsible for disclosing their medical condition before booking.

Personal Belongings

The agency is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the excursion.
