How to Find Us at Costa Maya Port (Mahahual)
Private local tour operators are restricted from picking up passengers directly inside the commercial cruise terminal. Follow these simple steps to reach our meeting point on Paseo del Puerto street (just a 3 to 5 minute walk).
Disembark & Walk Through Costa Maya Shopping Village
Exit your cruise ship onto the pier and walk through the official Costa Maya port commercial area (shops, pool bar, & flamingo area).
Pass the Security Tower & Main Exit Gate
Follow the yellow paved exit walkway toward the security control tower located at the rear of the port shopping village.
Step onto Paseo del Puerto Street
Once outside the main security gate, you will land on Paseo del Puerto street right outside the port perimeter.
Locate Caribe Adventures Yellow Signs & Staff
