Rules and operational guarantees governing excursion reservations with Caribe Adventures.
1. Back-To-Ship Return Guarantee
Caribe Adventures explicitly guarantees that all cruise ship passengers booking shore excursions with us will be returned to the Costa Maya port terminal with ample time prior to their ship’s scheduled departure call.
2. Meeting Point & Check-in
Passengers are required to meet at our designated meeting point on Paseo del Puerto street outside the main port security gate. Clear step-by-step instructions are provided in our Port Exit Guide. Port Exit Guide
3. Pricing & Discounts
All listed prices are in US Dollars (USD) and reflect our direct online promotional rates (including the 20% discount). Adult and child (ages 3 to 11) pricing applies as specified on each excursion detail page.
