The Costa Maya cruise terminal is a privately owned port complex operated directly by the cruise lines. Due to port regulations, local tour operators cannot offer pick-up services or have representatives inside the port.
All excursions available within the port complex are operated exclusively by the cruise companies.
If you book a tour with Caribe Adventures, you will need to exit the port complex to meet our team. Our excursions begin at a designated meeting point located just outside the port’s main entrance.
At the end of your tour, we will return you to the main gate of the port complex so you can easily re-enter and board your ship.
Some guests have received inaccurate information when asking about independent operators inside the port. Please refer to the instructions provided in your confirmation email, and contact us if you need any assistance.
